Who we are
We are a leading employability training solutions provider, who focus on partnership working. Our base is in Edinburgh, but we provide our skills, services, and expertise nationwide.
Skillz2success is a forward-thinking company that prides itself on working with a team of like-minded professionals. Our experience & knowledge in the welfare to work, learning & development & the employability industry ensures we have the knowledge and the skills to help move people forward.
We pride ourselves on our commitment and core values that focus on putting the needs of our learners first, using our passion to make a positive impact. We provide services that instil confidence and inspire people to move forward in their life.
What we do
We manage, design & deliver a variety of short courses including employability training for the public sector. We are an accredited provider for the DWP Jobcentre plus and have been awarded multiple contracts throughout the UK for the last 4 years. We deliver our courses using a combination of virtual and in person delivery, within a group setting or on a one-to-one basis. We are here to empower, support, guide and give our learners the tools to take action and change their situation. Celebrating success along the way.
The last 4 years has seen incredible business growth, and Skillz2Success are now in a position to help socially conscious business owners to confidently present their coaching and training programs to the UK government,
so they can serve their purpose, spread their message and make a bigger impact. We do this by providing:
- Business mentoring services.
- DPS2 RFQ bid writing packages.
- Our signature course supporting the full process of becoming an accredited partner on the DPS2 framework, getting your courses in front of the buyers & competing to win contracts.
We are champions of neurodiversity; having supported hundreds of learners with our Autism/ADHD employability support courses. We now work with employers to support them in their journey into better understanding & supporting neurodiversity in the workplace,

We are here to support and guide our learners because we believe in them!
Not only do we advocate, but we also encourage & support on both a practical and an emotional level.
We love what we do, and we love the positive impact our work has on all the individuals who are involved.
Did I mention the ripple effect? That's right the ripple effect is huge. When we support one individual, everything can change for them. The way they think, the way they feel, the way they speak and the way they behave, this ultimately has a far-reaching positive effect which can lead to others feeling the same way naturally - Who knew!
