Who we are
We started Skillz2Success because we kept seeing the same thing.
Brilliant people who didn't know they were brilliant.
People who'd been knocked back, written off, or had simply stopped believing things could be different. And we couldn't walk past that.
So we built something that goes further than a course. A space where people feel genuinely seen, maybe for the first time in a long time. Where the focus isn't on what someone lacks, but on what's already inside them waiting to come out.
We work across the UK with individuals facing barriers to employment, redundancy, health challenges, neurodiversity, and more.
But whatever brings someone to us, the outcome is always the same.
They leave believing in themselves again.
And when that happens, everything changes.
What we do
We design and deliver programmes that do something most training doesn't.
They change how people feel about themselves.
Mindset, confidence, resilience, self-belief, these are called soft skills. We call them the foundations of everything. Because no CV, qualification, or job interview technique works if the person delivering it doesn't believe they're worth it.
We work with individuals across the UK, in group workshops, one-to-one sessions, virtually and in person, meeting people exactly where they are.
Over six years we've delivered government funded contracts nationwide, supporting people through unemployment, redundancy, health challenges, neurodiversity, and self-employment.
But the thread running through all of it is simple.
We help people get out of their own way and start moving forward.
Why we do it
We've never met someone without potential.
We have met plenty who'd stopped believing in theirs.
People who'd been knocked back, overlooked, or stuck for longer than they ever expected. People who'd started to believe that this was as good as it gets.
That's where we come in.
We create moments where something shifts. Where someone walks out different to how they walked in. More certain. More grounded. More them.
We see it every day. Small wins turning into bigger ones. Confidence growing. Momentum building.
And once that starts, it doesn't stop.
That's why we do what we do.
