Who we are
Skillz2Success is a leading employability training provider delivering programmes across the UK.
We specialise in supporting individuals who face barriers to employment, including low confidence, long term unemployment, lack of skills, and limited work experience.
Our team brings extensive experience from the welfare to work and employability sector, alongside a strong focus on health, wellbeing, and neurodiversity. We understand people, their challenges, and what it takes to help them take meaningful steps forward.
Our approach is built around developing resilience, increasing motivation, and supporting positive mindset shifts so individuals feel ready and able to move forward.
We combine structure, support, and accountability to create an environment where people feel understood, supported, and confident to take action.
What we do
Skillz2Success designs and delivers employability and personal development programmes, working across both the public and private sector.
Our focus is on supporting individuals to build confidence, strengthen self belief, and develop the core skills needed to move forward into employment, self employment, or further opportunities.
We specialise in what are often described as “soft skills”, but in reality are the foundations for long term progress. This includes mindset, resilience, motivation, confidence, communication, and self awareness.
Our programmes are delivered in a way that meets people where they are. This includes group workshops, one to one support, both virtual and in person delivery.
Over the past six years, we have delivered multiple government funded contracts across the UK, supporting a wide range of individuals from different backgrounds and circumstances.
Our areas of delivery include employability, health and wellbeing, neurodiversity support, self employment coaching, overcoming social anxiety, and supporting individuals to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
At the core of everything we do is a simple focus. Helping people move forward in a way that feels realistic, supported, and sustainable.
Why we do it
We work with people who don’t always see their own potential yet.
People who have been knocked back, overlooked, or stuck for longer than they ever expected. That’s where we come in.
We don’t just create & deliver courses. We help people rebuild confidence, shift their mindset, and start taking real steps forward again.
