Founder & Director

Meet Laura, the driving force behind the business, the woman that creates the magic and the beating heart of the team, and not forgetting her most recent award, Managing Director of the year 2024! Her passion for making a positive impact is the reason we all get to do what we love. Laura has been in the employability industry for 14 years, she has supported thousands of individuals into employment and is a Fellow of The Institute of Employability Professionals, so it's fair to say she's a bit of an expert in this area. Happiest when she is celebrating our learners' achievements.

Meet Owen, one of our longest standing team members. Our wing man! Patient & knowledgeable - Owen sees the very best in everyone, and brings the very best out in all of our learners. Teamed with a wealth of personal and professional experience, and a qualified Social Worker - His love for playing guitar always goes down well with our learners.

Meet Danielle, our Liverpool based seasoned tutor with Skillz2Success. She is a qualified youth and community worker with over 15 years' experience. Danielle is a joy to have in the team, her values and integrity shines through everything she does. When she isn't supporting local communities in Brazil, we get to have the pleasure of her experience and knowledge here at Skillz2Success.

Meet Jeanne,  trainer and ILM qualified Coach based in Scotland. Jeanne loves to teach, mentor and coach humans! She is an expert on Human Trafficking and Slavery and her favourite subject to teach is English (or Scottish) as a foreign language - Skilled and knowledgeable, she is a breath of fresh air to the team.

Meet Michelle, she is our London based tutor, a little ray of sunshine.  Michelle has over 15 years’ experience of coaching a wide variety of clients including those with multiple and complex needs, and she is dedicated to supporting our learners achieve their goals - she even co-created a single that made it into the Itunes charts back in 2017 - We have gained a super star here!

Meet Laurie, she has worked in employability for 7 years and supported hundreds of learners into work. She is a busy lady full of energy, working with various companies whilst running her own business too - We are so happy she is one of our tutors, she is definitely our career wing woman here at Skillz2Success.

Meet Linda, another of our Scottish tutors, Linda is super chilled and has such a calm effect on everyone she meets. She is gentle and warm in her approach. Linda has lots of experience in supporting neurodiverse kids and adults, it is such a pleasure to have her zen like approach here at Skillz2Success.

Meet Hannah, a trainee Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience coaching and supporting people to identify and work towards their goals. Hannahs interest is in mental health and well-being, with particular expertise working with people who have experienced psychological trauma, she is half Australian, half German and has called Scotland home for the past 7 years!

Meet Delia, our native Spanish tutor based in London, she is a Social Worker with more than 10 years’ experience promoting social inclusion and community engagement.  Delia has been working as a Progression Coach for seven years supporting people facing multiple disadvantages to achieve their life goals, she is a welcome addition to Skillz2Success.

Meet Angela, our London based tutor, she comes with 16 years of employability & coaching experience, Angela is passionate about empowering others to make positive changes and has a keen interest in trauma informed approaches, another tutor with a wealth of knowledge & experience to help support our learners.

Meet Davey, he comes with a wealth of teaching experience in schools. He is passionate about enabling learners to recognise their talent & potential. He has captained football teams and understands how to lead and work with others with a diverse range of support needs, he is a welcome addition to the Skillz2success team.
